4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days nationwide.
• Zuwat Collection is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Customers may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Perfumes must be sealed and unopened for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is faulty/damaged).

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
• After dispatch, cancellations are not possible, but the item may be returned under our return policy.
