Return & Exchange Policy

• We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for return/exchange:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Perfumes must be sealed and unopened for hygiene reasons.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the product is faulty/damaged).
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
